Automatic Measurement Software (CNC Multifunctional Imaging Measurement Software)

Complete CNC functionality, with automatic focusing, automatic magnification switching, and automatic light source control capabilities.

Comprehensive geometric measurement capabilities (multi-point measurement, lines, circles, arcs, rectangles, slots, etc., enhancing measurement accuracy).

Automatic edge detection and scanning feature, fast, accurate, and repeatable, complemented by a suite of powerful imaging measurement tools to simplify the measurement process, making it more relaxed and efficient.

Supports robust measurement functions, convenient graphic construction features, allowing users to simply select graphics to construct points, lines, circles, arcs, rectangles, slots, distances, intersections, midpoints, verticals, parallels, and widths, autofocus, and automatic contour two-dimensional scanning, etc.

Measurement elements can be translated, copied, rotated, arrayed, and projected, reducing the time required for programming when dealing with a large quantities of measurements.

Measurement data can be stored as SIF files, allowing different batches of objects to be measured with the same position and method each time, avoiding variations in results between different users at different times.

For complex workpieces, DXF, EXCEL files (optional) can be directly loaded, quickly converted into automatic measurement programs, saving time that would be spent on manual teaching. Equipment Operating Environment

1. Temperature and Humidity:

- Temperature: 20-25℃, Optimal: 22℃; Relative Humidity: 50%-60%, Optimal: 55%; Maximum temperature change rate: 10℃/hour; In northern regions with dry climate, a humidifier is recommended; In southern regions with humid climate, a dehumidifier is recommended.

2. Heat Calculation for the Workshop:

- Maintain the operating environment of the equipment at the optimal temperature and humidity. It is necessary to calculate the total heat dissipation in the room, including the heat dissipation of indoor equipment and instruments (the heat dissipation of general lighting can be ignored).

- Human heat dissipation: 600BT/hour/person

- Workshop heat dissipation: 5 BTU/square meter

- Equipment space (L*W*H): 2200mm x 2200mm x 2000mm

3. Airborne Dust:

The machine room should be kept clean, with no more than 45000 particles of 0.5MLXPOV per cubic foot in the air. If there is too much dust, it can easily cause read/write errors and damage to the disk drive and read/write head.

4. Workshop Vibration:

The vibration in the machine room should not exceed 0.5T. Vibration machines should not be placed together, as vibration can cause the mechanical parts and connectors of the equipment to loosen, leading to abnormal machine operation.
