Electrical connection

The COIN series reading head provides two types of output signals: differential TTL and SinCos 1Vpp. The electrical connection uses 15 pin or 9-pin plugs, allowing load currents of 30mA and 10mA respectively, with an impedance of 120 ohms.

Output signal

Differential TTL: Provides two differential signals A and B, as well as one differential reference zero signal Z, with a signal level of RS-422 standard.

SinCos 1Vpp: Provides Sin and Cos signals as well as differential reference zero position signal REF, with signal levels ranging from 0.6V to 1.2V.

Grid ruler information

Ordering Information

The reading head series number CO4 supports two types: steel grating ruler and code wheel, providing multiple output resolutions and line sequence options. The cable length can be selected from 0.5 meters to 5 meters.
