1. Different machine principles
Image measurement is a high-precision optical measuring instrument composed of CCD, grating ruler and other components, based on machine vision technology and micron accurate control to complete the measurement process. The measurement will be transmitted to the data acquisition card of the computer through the USB and RS232 data lines, and the optical signal will be converted into an electrical signal, and then the image will be imprinted on the computer monitor by the image measuring instrument software, and the operator will quickly measure on the computer with the mouse.

Three coordinate measuring machine. By moving on three vertical guide rails, the signal is transmitted by contact or non-contact, etc., and the three-axis displacement measurement system calculates the coordinates of each point (X, Y, Z) of the workpiece through the data processor and the instruments for the measurement of various functions.
