PCB (printed circuit board) is one of the important components in the electronics industry. From electronic watches and calculators to computers, communication electronic devices, and military weapon systems, as long as there are integrated circuits and other electronic components, PCBs are used to ensure electrical interconnection between them.
So how to use PCB detection?
1. Check if there is any damage on the surface of the PCB
To avoid short circuits, its bottom surface, wiring, through holes, and other parts should be free of cracks and scratches
2. Check if there are any bends on the surface of the PCB
Surface curvature exceeding a certain distance is considered a defective product
3. Check whether there is tin slag on the edge of the PCB board
If the length of the solder residue on the edge of the PCB board exceeds 1MM, it is considered a defective product
4. Check if the welding interface is intact
If there is no firm connection or the gap surface exceeds 1/4 of the welding interface after welding the circuit, it is considered a defective product
5. Check if there are any errors, omissions, missing or blurry text screen printing on the surface
